Graffiti artist Aryz likes to create his paintings on a large scale, covering entire sides of multi-storey buildings with his art. This time lapse video gives a viewers a peek at his methods and the amount of time and effort that goes into each piece.<\/p>\n

Aryz has a very graphic style, in both senses of the word. Not only does he have a graphic art style, the subject matter of his works is often quite graphic, incorporating gory imagery and biological bits and pieces. Somehow, even though the subject matter would be considered gross under other circumstances, Aryz gives the dark and the disturbing a colorful and cheerful appeal. In the piece shown in this video, however, Aryz has strayed away from his love of gore, to paint an enormous portrait of a peacock.<\/p>\n

The peacock is a symbol of beauty, regality and showiness. In his street art work, Aryz has given his peacock two bow ties to match its haughty posture, furthering the symbolism of the peacock with these symbols of masculine elegance.
